I actually didn't want one. My other Gretsch does have one, and while it's neat, it also makes the guitar not super-stable tuning wise if you do a lot of bending (which I do).

So now I have one of each.

It's definitely more rock and less jazz than my G5120. I spent time polishing out the chrome (it had been sitting for a few years and was looking kind of sad) and put new strings on tonight. Sounds and looks like a new guitar.
