I decided to travel across the city in a blinding blizzard, arriving within 5 mins of them closing, to pick up my video card.

I am in London Ontario and we are getting hammered by snow. I can't see 2 feet out the windows of my house.

We should get 30cm of snow.

I wish we had a damn blizzard.

Me too. I want to use 4wd, and see the town get shut down!

Texas? Sh*t, you guys would declare a state of emergency if you saw a Canadian winter.

I used to live in Alaska and West Viriginia. First winter in WV, we got almost 2 feet. First winter in Alaska, we did get two feet. In WV, my dad bought a 4wd truck immediately after the first thaw, but it never snowed more then about 8".

Oh, and South Texas (specifically this town) had about and inch and a half of snowfall that stuck for a couple days about 4 years ago... it completely shut the place down.

Heh, good call. I would think only Canadians would do this. For those interested, 30cm is 11.81 inches, and 2 feet is about 61 centimeters.

Edit: OP, pics? It seems like we never get a good snow storm in Columbus anymore. 🙁
