It's sunday night, and man, what a weekend. We built a bar in our basement for last nights party and we got a lot of compliments. It's big, sturdy, and we laced the basement with christmas lights and black lights. We still have a bit of a keg left we're all trying to kill. So here I am sunday night, trying to kill a keg before it goes skank.

I can't wait for next weekend because we're gonna hook up a fog machine and we're gonna put strobe lights behind the bar (the panels on the bar have holes in em, so it's gonna look awesome with the lights behind it.

Woah, anyone else buzzin?
 
pics kind of lost their touch in a dark basement with the flash, but it looks awesome with just black lights and christmas lights. if we hook up strobes and a fog machine, well it'll be insane.

by the way, this whole basement went from a cobweb filled storage room to a hot party spot within 24 hours.
 
Sweet - I lived on campus in a big old house 2 years ago and we built a killer bar and separate DJ booth using lumber we stole from a house my dad was building for a client. The people were dickheads so we almost didn't feel bad taking all the 2x4's and sheeting. 🙂 We had some rockin' parties down there.

well saturday night was a first in what will be a long string of parties over the year, depending on what kind of neighbors move in and if the cops ever get called on us
 
I dunno about using that fog machine down there....every TIME i HAVE BEEN AROUND ONE THEY HAVE A CERTAIN SMELL THAT JUST PLAIN IS IRRITATING. Oops hit caplock...!
