I think I just realized when TV initial made aturn for the worse

This had to be the first time I felt ackward watching TV with my parents.

I must have been 10. I'm guessing this comercial was from the 80s. Maybe early 90s. The commercial where my entire family just stared at the screen and avoided eye contact.

What was it? A commercial....
"Mom, have you ever gotten that not so fresh feeling?"

I was just pondering TV because of an earlier discussion with a friend about how bad TV has gotten in the past few years. Looking back to shows like "Welcome Back, Kotter" and the like, I wonder if my kid even has a chance to "enjoy" TV shows.

my 2 cents...

Why did you ask a question you already answered and then answer it again?

I have to say that it was exactly at the moment that the Fonz literally jumped the shark on waterskis. 🙂

For me it was having a "Will and Grace" re-run on before something I was going to watch and listening to the anal sex jokes.

I'd never watched the show so was a little surpised at what network TV allows these days. "Not that there's anything wrong with that."
