I think I just got a hell of a deal on a monitor....

I just had a little extra money to burn so I decided to take a drive up to CompUSA since they are having some big sale at the moment to see if I can buy anything good....well upon arriving I see something that instantly catches my eye...this

Whats more. The price. $150. So I find the manager and I'm like is that the real price whats the catch. He says catch is the remote control was missing from the box and it was their last monitor and they just wanted to get rid of it.

Next word out of my mouth was 'Sold!'

Now typing to AT in Widescreen goodness.

Sooooooo much better than my 4 year old craptastic Dell 17" LCD.

Good for you. I wish I had a better monitor. I got a no-name 17" monitor with a max resolution of 1280x1024. The response time is good. But I wanna play Half-Life 2 at 1600x1200.

Yea I'm gonna pick the R/C soon from radio shack I've already got analog and DVI connectors for it.

So far no dead pixels or noticable ghosting. Little backlight bleed on the top left but hot damn what a deal

Just ran Source Stress Test with everything maxed out, 1440x900 with 4aa/16af HQ and got 136FPS and played a little DOD:S which is even more awesome in the widescreen aspect.
