i was promised two free month of service, usually I am being charged 39.95 to credit card. no charges for 4 month called now and told they been billing me on my phone bill and no charges on my bill, so i tell her did you charge me for my two free month, she said yes and gave me $80 credit. Aol havent been billing my friend either. Thanks Verizon after your screw up, I deserve lifetime free service

i had free cable for over 2 years. they never did get their stuff in order even though i called repeatedly to get them to fix it. I was afraid of receivng a $1200 bill for service one month

My BellSouth DSL was "free" for some months, then last month I was charged for 3 months of service in the same bill. Couple years ago I enjoyed about six "free" PPV movies, until they all showed up, almost 5 months later. I did get free HBO because the local cable co. guy was too lazy to go there disconnect it when the promo I signed up expired. When they changed to digital it disappeared.
