I think I have carpal tunnel syndrome.

I use eye sensing software/hardware to alleviate that problem. The cursor follows my eye movements and I click the mouse buttons by bllinking. I'm working on a thought-controlled keyboard. I'll let you know when I have it perfected.

after doing a short data entry temp job, i started noticing a aching feeling in my wrist. havent mentioned it to the doctor yet. i used to occasionally get a aching in my wrist, now it's like all the time. not sure if it's just a mental thing. i bought a microsoft natural keyboard thinkning that would help, but it hasnt. wrist rest for my mouse didnt work for me either.

got a wrist brace (recommend the futuro brand) from walgreens. it seems to help alleviate the problem. it did take alittle time to get used to but it seems to do the job. 🙂

Get one of these

I had carpal but with the help of the gyro 3 minutes 3 times a day I got my wrists pain free. Also look at the ergonomics of your key board position. That may have something to do with it.

It took me 4 weeks or so to get back to shape because I also had a dislocated bone in my hand. I founnd out about it from my buddy a chiropractor. Works for me. There are a couple other exercises but I can't explain them without pics.

1. Use your keyboard more. Instead of scrolling with you mouse wheel all the time, take your hand off the mouse and use the arrows or pgup/pgdn.
2. Make sure that your mouse is not elevated far below you. Your wrist should not be bent backwards much if at all.
3. I had to go without a desk for a little while once, mousepad on the floor, I got carpal tunnel for a little while but it went away when I got a desk.
