I think I have an ulcer :(

This weekend I got what seemed like heart burn on Saturday after drinking some coffee. Then when that went away, stupid me proceeded to drink many glasses of Mt. Due Black over the next two days.

I had some piranha energy drink this morning and the feeling is back. :|

Stomach ulcers are linked to bacteria IIRC. Some chap recently won a nobel prize for discovering this. A week or two's worth of treatment and it's gone for good.

Seems like this happens about once a year since I was in middle school. Actually it is better now because in middle school I would wake up in horrible pain. 🙁 Now it is just annoying and puts me in a bad mood. :| 😉

Check the color of your stool if its black thats a sure sign you are bleeding internally.

LOL My stool is fine. 😀 It is a nice healthy bright red.

j/k 😉

Ulcers can be an annoyance to some, dangerous to others. I almost lost my brother to a bleeding ulcer. Take care of it, if it's an ulcer.

what causes to develop an ucler? eating too much spice food?

I think so.. A few months ago, I was eating Beef O' Bradies nuclear wings (insanely hot) pretty regularly as well as adding hot sauce to most of my food. Now, I have been getting heart burn every day, irregularity, black crap (once or twice), and a horrible cough.. I went to my doctor and he gave me antibiotics.

Dunno if it's an ulcer or not.. but I believe the spicy food caused it.

I'm going to name my ulcer "Burnie". 🙂

Maybe it is not an ulcer. I just felt like complaining this morning. Just got to lay off the acidic carbonated beverages for awhile.

are you sure it's not just good ole heartburn?

Maybe. Feels like pouring salt on a wound. It could be continuous heartburn, and my stomach's PH is staying low for some reason. Maybe today is a good day to drink lots and lots of water...
