I think i found the problem!!

When i install the Sound card and NIC, the computer will not post at all. Thats gotta be the power supply right?
(its not a AMD cert. P.S)

what's your wattage on the power supply?

could be. but try to insert both cards in pci slots that don't share an interrupt. and if the soundcard is an sb live you should reserve irq 5 for legacy device in the bios; however this is probably not the problem, because it would post in that case.
