I think I figured out a workaround for the new client SetiQ/Setidriver congestion problem.

Just tried to setup a fresh system connecting to my Q and, of course, since it's backed up it just hung. So, I shutdown SetiDriver, then ran the command line, appending -proxy to grab a work unit. Once it had one, I shut down command line, copied all the ".sah" files over to folder #1, and restarted SetiDriver. Then changed cache size to what I wanted and it grabs WUs just fine.
