I think it's the ulna. (can't remember which one is exposed the most on the bottom...but I think that's it)
Back on the 14th, I was staying in a Chalet in the mtns when it snowed and the ground was covered with ice. I was getting firewood from outside and slipped on the sidewalk because it was totally iced and I was sporting my brand new New balance running shoes...the tread wasn't worn enough to give me traction...so I landed on my forearm in one major hit. It didn't swell much, but it's still extremely sore in one or two small spots...the bruising wasn't ever bad at all and was never really black...just a slight tint of blue. I never lost feeling anywhere, range of motion, or ability to move fingers...just a pain....
So should I bother going to the doc? It's only sore in one spot about an inch and a half from my elbow. What hurts most is when I use my forearm to prop myself up in chairs with wooden or plastic arms. The pain is extremely focused to that one point of impact...
