here are my CPU-Z screens.

CPU
memory
DIMM1
DIMM2
DIMM3
DIMM4

my motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-K8U-939.

i can't change my FSB-DRAM ratio. increasing my DRAM FREQ to 200MHz won't allow for the computer to boot.

i'll take pictures of the advanced options i can change in the BIOS.

Step 1 would be to make sure you have the latest version of BIOS. Gigabyte has version F5 for your mobo.

Gigabyte BIOS for your mobo.

Next look for a BIOS menu that allows you to configure your ram. On my Gigabyte AM2 M59SLI-S5 board I have to press CTRL+F1 to access advanced chipset features, which has the DRAM settings.

If you are unable to adjust ram settings at all then try using just 2 dimms of the same brand in dual channel, see what the mobo defaults to, and if it allows you to make changes.

Even if all the memory is exactly the same, it won't run at DDR400. The memory controllers on A64 CPUs have trouble running 4 sticks of memory, so the memory speed defaults to DDR333 (166mhz) and the Command Rate defaults to 2T. Some have had success getting the memory back to stock speeds, but overclocking beyond that is pretty much impossible. As is a 1T Command Rate.

Since you can not set dividers on your board, you're stuck at 166mhz unless you can change FSB and multipliers.

Your PC will probably be faster with just 2 sticks of matched memory running in dual channel mode.
