I think I ate some moldy bread...

Saw this guy eat extremely moldy/spoiled/rotten food on Ripley's.... supposedly he survived cancer by switching to that diet...

btw some of the steaks and such that he had were black and blue (not cooked that way) and had been rotten for over a year... so u'll be okay...

This is the truth. If you start to get spotty vision and a headache though, you will soon feel nauseated. Don't hold it down; just vomit. Believe me, you will feel a whole lot better after vomiting. I'm speaking from experience.
