I wish we could purchase individual TV shows from cable companies. That would be awesome... I probably have about 4-5 shows that I'd like to watch regularly, but I couldn't care less for the rest of the junk TV...

I wouldn't be suprised if a service like that was introduced in the near future.
 
Hmmm, so I can just pick up an antenna? You know, I may actually do that... I am pretty TV tech illiterate, but I assume I just hook up, position the antenna to receive NBC signal, and I am good to go?

I think I know 6 year olds that know that NBC can be picked up on an antenna.
 
you'll also get cbs, fox, abc, and some other channels too (like pbs and the local spanish channel)

Wow. I'm 21, and we had an antenna when I was little. Granted, I was 8 when we got cable, but still...

And I have an antenna now, as all I really watch is FamilyGuy, and even that, only periodically.
