ok, i placed an order of $xxx yesterday. due to carefulness, i used virtual account number and set the limit of charge to be the exact amount of the order.
however this evening i receive an email from GAMEVE saying that my credit card has declined the charge. so i went online to check it. nothing was wrong. shipping and billing addresses are the same. there was nothign wrong in the address itself either; and the expiration dates, the 3 digit security code... all are perfect because they all were auto filled out by the VAN program. the available credit at the moment in my account is enough for 5 of such orders. so go figure... the only reason that it can be declined must be charging over the set limit. what do you think?
