Yes, unfortunately, the PC has always been the better platform for Bethesda games. I mean, seriously, there have been texture and mesh/model updates which are of higher quality that have been around for years compared to what Skyrim Special Edition added in the update. The only question was if you had graphics cards capable of enabling the mods.
