regardless of the results of what some of you are getting, different clients, if configured properly, shouldn't make a difference in speed

for example, different clients may have a higher or lower default value for global connections allowed. So some of you may have just switched to a client with more global connections allowed and you download somewhat faster...

new update today. now includes some autospeed feature that might be good. supposedly throttles upload/download based on ping within peer network

Automatically adjust global upload speed limit based on network latency.
This plugin pings a configurable IP address and uses the ping times to continually update the upload speed limit to maximise download speeds.

Yes, it is and that is what ruined it for me also.

Ok then... Bitcomet is still the current king in my mind. Fast program, fast downloads, all the options I need.

I never really noticed Azureus running slowly at all :confused:
