I sweated it, but still succeeded :)

As many of you know from a previous thread of mine I did a rather stupid trip down to Seattle which costed a little over 2K total.
To put short I had to dismantle some of my cruching fleet for SoB by selling the computers to get some cash back.

Put simply after selling the computers and getting some of the money back, I dug around in my 'parts yard'. Then I found this stuff that I completely forgot about.

Abit BE6-2 Raid v.2
Abit SlotketIII
Unknown ATI PCI video card
An old AT type of case that a friend modded to 'ATX' for me.
4x CD-Rom
Floppy
540mb hdd
After talking with my father, he ordered me another Celeron 950MHz CPU.

I had it running a couple days now @ 1266MHz full time under Prime95 with no errors. So I wiped the hard drive out reinstalled WinME and loaded SoB. It's running right now @ about 124623 cEMs/sec and close to completing its first proth test.
Perhaps now I will get out if this lonely 250+/- cEM's/day average and get close to the four hundred mark... but it will be sometime before I come close to the 500+ arena.

Current deals in the FS/FT forums are leading me to sell one more computer which will fully succeed in wiping out all those NSF fees I got and getting me back in the positives. I already have a buyer one more computer who fronted me a couple hundred for the parts.
So my guess is in about May I will be back to full production.

Now... does anyone want a beer? 😉

Good to hear that you're getting back in the production, and sorting out the money from your little Spending Spree 😉

Confused

Missed out on the square. Though I did want to go there... might have been better than the space needle with a hangover 😉.

Ahh well. Come July on a more planned trip that I already have the ticket for, I should have much more fun than a few nights.

The most fun thing about the trip though being instantly lost soon as I drove out of SeaTac airport. I had no idea where to go or where I was. I wanted to see my first live NBA game... but it did not happen 🙁.
