I recently got a Wintv 401 card and as soon as I got it, I had to upload this AVI. This AVI is very funny. I swear you will laugh. It is a little large file, but 2MB for a 2:20 video at 320 x 240 isn't bad at all. It is an inside car view of a drag run with a little comical twist.

It takes a large learning curve to use, but it is very powerful. I am still messing with it to see what I can do to make AVI's look and sound better.

I used the Mpeg4V2 codec for the video and for the audio I used the MP3 at 11025 Hz mono. The camcorder I have doesn't support stereo so I used mono. It is a fairly old Sony 8mm Camcorder.

First off that video was basically BLACK. So you gotta compensate when digitizing.

Next thing, you gotta learn to EDIT. If there WAS a funny part to that video, then crop the other 5-hours of worthless SH!T out of there so people don't get PISSED at you for making them sit through the whole thing.

Good luck with it though, I've been thinking of a video digitizer card myself
