I came home the other night after a 20 hour work day and found that my toilet isn't flushing properly after I dropped a heavy duty bomb.

My gf explains that she dropped my toothbrush in there and tried to get it out with a screwdriver.....and failed at getting it out.

..Then she tried to flush it down with some toilet paper and apparently the situation got worse......

..Then she tells me that she forgot to buy me a toothbrush and that by now the pharmacy is closed...

..Then she wonders why I'm upset...

I call the plumber and ask my gf to stay home the next day since I'm out working all day.

I came home tonight to find a brand spanking new toilet bowl, scratching my head as to why we need a new toilet bowl..and wondering how much that labor must've cost...

..Then she wonders why I'm upset at the $3000 bill..

Normally we lock all the poop issue threads, but I called TBS, had them run it all through their computer, and they took 5 minutes to respond, because the guy said he was "LMAOPIMP", and yes sir, this is extremely funny.

So, you're saying that you left your girlfriend and the plumber all alone in that house?

I had no choice. Maybe I should've hired a man to just sit around and sit on my couch.

$3000.00?

Are you living in orbit? undersea?

Seriously, hard to believe you'd pay that.

My advice; DON'T.

Well tradesmen aren't cheap around here so I wasn't surprised at the bill but I could've bought me a new guitar instead.

Post a pic and ask for volunteers.

shens...who charges $3000 for replacing a toilet?!

that's like a 1-2 hour job for removal, installation and disposal... unless you live on the 40th floor with no elevators or something ridiculous like that...

take a pic of the invoice...

Well it's a prewar townhouse with some really old piping so it's not some easy task.

Unless the plumber went through and replaced something like half the piping in the house along with the $150ish toilet you were absolutely robbed if you actually paid 3,000.00

Must have been one of those fancy toilets with heated seats, air intake, bidet sprayer, and automatic flush.

Gonna have to agree with you here, shens on a $3k bill for replacing the toilet. Let's see a scan, tall-tale teller Koba.
