ALL MONOPOLIES. They all have been given varying degress of anti-trust exemptions. They have all been found guilty of abusing their monopolies in the past. Because of this Congress and the Federal Government can and has in the past intervened when they deemed necessary.

If Congress removed their anti-trust exemptions, they'd all be hurting badly from a multitude of lawsuits.
