A 78/100 is pretty good (especially for engineering here), and that's a B+ unless the system is completely different there. However, I must say I shat myself if I got that grade in highschool, but am now more than happy with that.

You'll end up OK, it's just one of those things.
But if you (and the other readers of this thread) learn one thing, remember that for problems like this, python023 is absolutely correct - talk to the prof in person!
Email is for simple question/answer things. When you need to have an actual conversation, do it in person.
