I stunk up the court tonight. However...two of the ladies tonight could play some serious ball.

Yea...I've not practiced basketball since June. I played for the first time about two weeks ago. Stunk there too. Wanted to play tonight and realized that I've stil got good defense. I can't dribble and I can't shoot. Maybe I should practice. Meh.

Anyways, two girls tonight could play some serious ball. I sat out the first game because I didn't want to play defense against one of the girls. I went in the next game and sure enough I had to guard her. I tried not touching her but she's so physical that I couldn't help blocking her out. She had wicked no look passes. After the guys started noticing her she became a little quiet. She was still kick ass though. I kinda thought she was cute even though she was big enough to play center in a girls league. I guess I dig basketball chicks:eek:

The other girl was friends with some dipsh*ts, but she could play. She was strong. Bah. Enough outta me:)

Yeah, girls tend to move the ball around more.... ;)

Guys tend to be show offs, especially if any females are watching, or worse, playing. Not me though. I know my game, and play it.

Greenberet,

I never said I lost. I made shots. I'm not as good as I used to be is what I'm saying. Just because I say the girls can play, doesn't mean I suck. I stuffed them quite a bit. I stuffed a lot of people tonight.

As for me lifting weights...I need to work on my abs.

If I were you I would definitely dunk the ball over that girl to show her who is the man!

The first thing that goes is the handles, then the shot.

I miss basketball alot. I played on the HS team, and wish now that I had tried out for my college's team. Since HS I have sprain my ankle twice from basketball.

I find girl athletes attractive, as I am an athlete myself. Just as long as I don't lose to her :)

I'ma baller. Anyone wanna ball? Come to Hawaii. I'll show you who got game! ;) But serious though. I played for the first time tonight with a girl, I didn't know her, but she was chillin wit me the whole night. I let her beat me one on one but I was breaking out some mad cross overs and shiz. She said my sh*t looked tight but I let her win. I wish my g/f would ball or at least make a effort. But my g/f won't try any sports, she's a girlie girl like that. I love girls who ball, they get the most respect outta me. But enough about me...Heh...

axelfox,

Ain't that the truth? I've lost both. I was starter in both 9th and 10th grade. My coach thought I had more potential. I shot funny(stuck my butt out too much), and he helped to make me a better shooter as well as helped me finish my fast breaks(run the 40 in 4.5 seconds). Junior year I transferred to a new school and was too worried I wouldn't be able to make the team. I used to have pretty quick crossovers. I used to spin on the baseline to get the reverse layup. I still rebound like mad. However...it's not hard to rebound. :(

I am a power forward stuck in a guard's body. If I was only a foot taller, I think I would be playing at least DII right now. I play in some leagues with some friends of mine, and I camp outside all day bombing three cuz I'm so out of shape to drive.

I played JV my sophmore year, but then got bumped up to varsity in the middle of December because they werent doing very well (we whooped on them during one scrimmage). I started a couple of game (once again Mater Dei!), but that season was disasterous for me; I should have stayed down on JV.

My JR year we did OK, but my Senior year we went on to win League and CIF (section champions). We lost in the State Semis. I played behind the Division player of the year. I think if the coach encouraged me shooting more (I was more of a scorer/shooter than a PG), I would have done better. But we had a stacked team, so there was no "room" for me. I was the only guy under 6 feet (5'8), but could almost dunk a guys basketball. Now I've lost all my hops and have really bad ankles.

I miss those days. I'm gonna watch my team play tonight.
