Mse found numerous threats after a very long time scanning.

I accidentally stopped.

Am I able to access threats found now or would I need to start again?

Help please.

Thank you

Try what?

As I stopped it s scanning there's no indication as to what the scan found.

Reboot and rescan. Let it finish.

I thought rebooting was a bad thing to do if you found malware. If it's already installed I guess it doesn't matter but if the malware needs a reboot to install like a driver you wouldn't want to reboot. That's not counting if your anti-malware ask to reboot to remove malware which is ok.

Depends on the malware if a reboot is a bad thing or not.
You can manually start MSE very easily, just search for "mse" and you can run it again at any time.

That software is weak. No offensive. Give Herdprotect portable a try. It uses 63 antivirus engines.

(If you use OpenDNS, you may need to use GoogleDNS temporally.)

To get down and dirty try Freefixer. But be VERY aware that you need to research each module you think might be a nasty. Do not delete anything you don't know anything about. Make sure you click the button to see what that specific module is and its user rating.
