good for you jumpem. I am sure your entire family is proud of you.

i dont want to do a phd program but my family is making it feel like its the "right" thing to do. i feel like a highschooler who doesnt want to go to college and is getting pressure to go.

It's not so much the time thing. It's just that I got a hard degree from a good school, RIT, when my starting skills were so lackluster. It shows that you can accomplish things regardless of how you are handicapped by life.

well.. good job. that's impressive! congratulations.

You might not feel like it now, but I wouldrecommend starting sooner rather than later. It will pay off in the long run. :)

Heh my g/f is a senior in college and is 21, I'm 25 and just enrolled in community college for the first time... Doing basically the same thing you did starting in intro to Algebra. Hoping to have an EE or ME degree before I turn 32 maybe even 30.

Congrats to you and good luck with your new job!
