Rolled it out from under my desk on it's little wooden skateboard and cleaned it up, managed not to herniate myself getting it in and outside, and under the dust it's as pretty (and quiet) as the day I met her.
Don't tell my wife I said that about my computer... 🙂

I've actually been looking into an mATX swap, again, to try and get it out from under my desk but boy this thing is a hard act to follow.

 
She's a stunner. A classic. Such a brilliant design. Just look at those giant intake fans feeding that big hungry air cooler. Poetic streams of air cooling.

I still have the same case. I have had the urge to replace my case a few times in the past but haven't found a case worth transitioning to.
 
Yeah, I actually might have waited awhile before buying it if I'd know I was going to be stuck with it since nothing much else is really any better.. lol..
 
I've had my FT02 for a number of years now, and can easily say it's the best case I've owned...ever. The only thing I regret is having a non-modular PSU, so I've had to creatively hide my cables....but I want to change that at some point in the near future.

Otherwise, it cools incredibly well, and having my connectors at the top is actually really nice. So glad I go this case. The FT05 looks nice, too.

The wire management could be neater, the GPU isn't in the first slot? Don't you lose band with in the 2nd, 3rd? That cooler I assume is so big its blocking the first PCI-e slot?
Love that CPU COOLER! MASSIVE OVER KILL!!!! 😎
 
I had dual 280x and a 9590 in there at one point, cooled beautifully. I can't remember where the 290x is now. Wife still won't let me wall mount it. 🙂


Edit: yeah one pcie16 is blocked, it's a Z97-WS so it's got a few to spare.

But it's a mass produced artwork, like a print, only also useful, like a tacky lamp... :colbert:
 
Simply awesome. I have Silver Arrow in it and the first x16 is not blocked.

DEMCiflex filter. Had to look that one up.

The only minor thing about the black FT02 is that they did sell some red ones too.
