I still don't understand why CompUSA has sales ads every other week...

In Maryland it seems like Staples has a new sales ad every week. Same with Best Buy, Office Depot and Circuit City.

I work for Compusa and it depends on season and the economy and other factors, pay attention around christmas there should be one very week. Also, depending on the competition as might be the case in chandler, AZ there may be a need for a eekly ad

Why people go to Walmart to save 30 cents on something I don't understand. With all the hassles and inconveniences of being there it's not worth it.

I work at staples and we dont have an ad every week. It is about every other week. You probably get the same ad again in the off week. Plus it is a hassle to do "ad prep" every week which includes putting up and taking down displays and such. Like someone said before, it is seasonal. And furthermore, if we had an ad every week, I would seriously hate every Sunday. Oh and all the customers that come wait outside our doors before we open with a crappy ad are complete weirdos. That is all.
