I still do not like my neighbor.

I did a post a few months back about how my neighbor beat my cat to death with a baseball bat.

Well, we seem to be having issues again.
I wanted to put up a 6' privacy fence. My wife talked to her a week or so ago about taking her chain link fence down so we can put our fence up. The neighbor acknowledged that her fence is 1' and a 1/2 on our property and she didnt mind that we take that back when we put our fence up.

I went to Home Depot today to get the fence post and when I came back she had moved the string I had run to keep the posts in line. She came over all b!tchy like saying that it was her property.

I guess now I have to pay the 400 bucks to get a serveyor to come mark it out.

I do not know why she has to be a b!tch about this, the serveyor stake is in plane sight and we measured it all out and it clearly shows her fence was over the line.

How about you build the fence, and then let her pay for the surveyor who will then say she's wrong?

Nothing you can say about this except she's a bitch. I'd do everything I could to claim my property back and do whatever the hell I want with it. Especially because she's next door.

If you are sure it is on your property, take her fence down you sissy-mary. If it is YOUR property and she even gave you permission, then do it.

Really. What is with all the pussies in OT with problems? Stand up for your fricking rights. If it's your property then take it. For Christ sake, why do people whine about simple things?

Well Im not sure I could make her pay to have the surveyor come out. I think that it would be up to me to prove legally that she is on my property.

As for her beating my cat to death, I didnt have proff she did it. My neighbor across the street said that he watched her do it...but.. he waited a month or so to tell be about it.

And I did pull her fence out already. I rolled it up nice for her and put all her fence post in a nice pile for her. I still have to pull her gat down though.

It will be a well-spent $400. That kind of hosebag will come back to haunt you if you had gone ahead and put your privacy fence up without a survey.

Does she have kids? Beat one of them to death with a baseball bat, just make sure no one sees it.

Geeze Dude!

It's time to GROW A PAIR.

Get a shovel and pull those fenceposts out of YOUR YARD. Leave them at the curb for your assh0le neighbor. If the property marker is in clear sight, you dont have to prove anything - it's your property, so do whatever you want with it.

If they complain - tell them to go to hell. Let THEM pay for a surveyor if they really want that 1.5" of dirt so badly.

Animal cruelty is a felony. If your neighbor across the street witnessed the act, and will testify in court, you can still file charges. Anyone who kills my animals without justifiable cause is going to have serious problems with me.

I notice you live in Shelton, WA. I was there last September for the Wild West SCCA ProRally. You bought title insurance when you bought your house right? This kind of issue is exactly what you bought it for.

Look dude... go buy yourself a camera and a measuring tape. Roll out the tape on the ground and take a picture of it. Make sure the property marker shows in the picture. Print your neighbor a copy and if they dispute it ... LET THEM PAY FOR THE SURVEYOR TO PROVE THAT YOURE WRONG.

If you don't SPEAK UP when people walk on you, people will keep doing it for the rest of your life! Stop taking sh!t like this happen and stand up for yourself! :) :)

Yep, the quickest and easiest solution is to install your permanent fence on the legal property line and then let her try to fight it.

I would also mail this b!tch a copy of the county plat map for the area, showing the property lines. You could get one from your local title company. If you don't want to call the title company. PM me and I will have one for you by Friday.

I found the cat link but I got beat to it..

The property stake in the ground is only on one side. I just mesured that straight across the yard, and it clearly goes over, past where her fence was.

I think I have a copy of that. It is the paper that shows all the lots on the block with there measurements.

If you can get that witness to testify about beating your cat to death, you can make HER pay for the fence, AND put it on the proper line. sweet justice ;)
