I still can't get into Neo's Server...Help!

OK, I go to console, I type

/connect xx.xxx.xx.xx:xxxxx
[enter]

The x's and *'s are obviously replace with the correct numbers/letters. Then it through its whole thing, says it's accepted, the precaching resources, then done precaching resoureces, then it hangs. It doesn't do anything after it says Done Precaching Resources. There's a [ there, and I can type things again in the console. Do I have to give another command to join the game? Or what? Thanks, I've never connected to a game through console.
