I'm on the 4th floor and take the stairs everytime I come back from having a smoke. :thumbsup:

Right on man. I smoke like a chimney but I counteract it by always taking the stairs too(8th floor) and riding a bike absolutely everywhere.
Works for me.

I took up smoking while running on a treadmill. There's no stairs where I work, so you've got to do what you've got to do.

Nah, that'd probably be less harmful to his health, although his mental sanity may suffer a bit.

There are lots of fat people that live normal lives and grow very old.

There are not a lot of smokers that don't develop conditions.
