Fuck Ikea end drawer thingie. Got all naked last night and stood up and proceeded to fall back on my bed behind me..not realizing a very sharp drawer was open a few inches and caught it the whole day down. I hate my life right now.

I've experienced pain in my life but damn dudes...that took the cake and shoved it in my face

Well talking about it isn't going to stop the liver damage. Just stop doing stupid things. The gap between therapeutic dose and lethal dose is pretty narrow with paracetamol.

Seriously. I've looked after someone who died from taking too much paracetamol. It looked horrendous and I've seen quite a few people pass over the years.

Well the liver failure usually kicks in a few days after the overdose so he can post and let us know when the abdominal pain and nausea starts.

My dad had that happen to him during hockey but instead of a drawer it was a hockey skate. He has a huge scar from that and can't feel half that hand. I imagine now days they would have been able to do a better job fixing an injury like that and get the nerves going again.

Also I would suggest switching to another pain killer with a different active ingredient to switch things up a bit since that much tylenol can't be healthy. Heck, I would just do weed at this point... I think that helps for pain right?

The most your supposed to take in 24 hours if 5 for regular strength or 6 for extra strength unless directed by a doctor. 20 seems like a cry for help.

PSA. Paracetamol is a terrible thing to use as a cry for help. The help you might get is end of life care.

Just be smart about what you are taking. Paracetamol is not a clever drug to abuse. Taking lots of it isn't any more effective than a regular amount plus it's going to kill you a hell of a lot faster than things that are a lot more fun.
