To those that are sympathizing with the OP...you all need your head examined in the first place for taking his "story" as fact.

1) nobody spends more than the night in jail for ONLY petty theft even with existing priors for theft this would have been a PTA(promise to appear) and in the event it wasn't a PTA and he did get a bond and he couldn't post the bond he would have been released after appearing in court that week.(on Monday/Tuesday latest). Only a judge could have kept him in for longer than that but he claims he never saw a judge.

2) The rest of the facts of the story have been adequately ripped apart.

3) He is/was actively hawking stolen goods on this very site as he posted this.


to the OP if you ever read this......stolen goods are to be sold on craigslist. Everyone knows this.
