i sometimes get this error...please help

sometimes when i start up my computer it wont start up and just stays blank
then i turn off the power and then turn it back on and it gives me this error in the BIOS

i dont overclock my CPU
so why is it giving me this error

the voltage that it is on is 1.70
is that correct??

i have this same mobo... have you gone in the bios and changed your cpu frequency? what about the multiplier or fsb? maybe you can try changing the settings to the clock speed it is already on and save it... it is the equivalent of hitting the tv....

maybe lower the juice to that baby....
