It's definately a speed camera (there are two of them in the area) and the actual photograph camera has a lens cap.

I guess its too subtle. I thought it was funny.

Wow that thing is huge. You'd think they'd try to hide those lol. Must stick out like a sore thumb.

I've seen some cameras around here at lights, but never actually heard what they're for. I don't think they're for handing tickets, they might not even be cameras (maybe motion sensors?)
