He speaks the truth. Anything more than eight hours will make you even more drowsier than if you only had a few hours of sleep. Your aim should be anywhere from six to seven hours. It's really the time that you get up. 5 a.m. is going to feel damn early no matter if you get four hours of sleep, or ten. In saying, 10 a.m. will feel golden virtually no matter what time you go to sleep. 😉

I love to sleep. My days are so busy that sleep is like a mini vacation for me. I can control my dreams for the most part too, so that's a plus🙂.
