I skydived for the first time yesterday!

WOOOHOO that was FUN!

I am taking this course and yesterday I did my first jump!
It was almost no freefall, since we jumped with automatic pullout of the canopy but STILL it was SO cool. We jumped of the airplane at 1000 meters, 3000feet I think.

And flying the thing, all by myself was SO much fun!
I landed like a kilometer away on the airfield thou, in the grass so it was no big problem really but I did kind of a crash landing.

Anyway if you have the money (it's about 6500kr here ~$650) GO FOR IT!

Can't wait for the next time!!

A cousin of mine followed such a course once and showed us the video when he came back. It's funny to see, but I'm not jumping out of an airplane unless it's going down anyway!

Holy ****, it cost you $650 for NO FREEFALL? I paid $100 for the jump and $55 for pictures and tape! I jumped out of 16000 feet and had like 60 seconds of freefall. Had the best time cruising the skies...

Oh yeah, and for those who want to know where I went, I jumped out of Lodi, CA. Pretty much a nowhere town, 30-45 mins south of Sacramento, probably 15 mins south of Stockton.

aaah to clear up some misunderstandings....this was my first out of the 28 I'm gonna do, all 28 + theory costed me the $650...

WHOA that would have been expensive otherwise!!!!

The last 14 or so jumps are going to be from 4000 meters, 12000 feet I guess.

Can't wait until I get to the 60 second freefall parts!!!!!!!!!
