I sign up here and next i start getting SPAM ???

Do you submit member info to spam lists? I signed up here like 2 days ago, and suddently ive been getting spam mail regularly. Spam from Postmasterdirect.com, spam from Cyber investigators etc. This isnt a coincidence because that particular email has rarely been spammed since i started using it for the last 2 years. I sign up here and i already have 4 in 2 days... HMMM... If you do give out the info to mailing lists, have them remove mine.

I've been around here for quite a while, and there has never been any suggestion that emails are given out or sold. There's been a couple times when members spammed other members, but that was dealt with swiftly once the information was provided to the mods.

I seriously doubt that your email was given to others. People here wouldn't tolerate it.

I've never heard of anyone get spam from giving their email to AnandTech...I would bet it's something else.

ive been here for close to a year and ive maybe received 2 spam emails and thats it. so i doubt its this site.
