It's really,really nice of you to help your Mom in that way.One thing that might help her learn and remember more is to focus on getting her to see how much FUN using the camera will be.My own family seems to learn more quickly when they are relaxed and not afraid of making a mistake and breaking something.

OMG! Back in my early computing days I accidently left a Windows 2K CD in the drive because I was going to install it but decided I would wait til later because it was getting late. When I got home from work the next afternoon my mom had turned on the computer and it booted from the CD and she tried to wing it. When I finally figured out what she did she had it format one of my drives to NTFS when my others were FAT32 so they didn't recognize the drive. The drive she installed it on was the one with all my back up files. Plus it set up the boot manager at startup which took some research to remove since it stuck around even after I formatted the drive Win2K was on. The computer was whacked for a while but I learned a lot fixing everything.
