I MEAN well, I really do, but sometimes my brain sends a signal to my mouth and my mouth over rides the decision and something TOTALLY wrong ends up coming out.
Take today for instance.
I'm standing in the office talking with the owner about how we should do our yellow pages ad and the salesperson for yellow pages shows up. (Turns out she is a VERY LARGE Woman) Well the owner is seated (I'm standing) and there are two chairs facing the owner. SO the owner says "Why don't you offer (Insert name here) a seat?"
Remember I'm standing and don't plan on sitting down.
So I say, "Here you can have both of them!"
A millisecond later my mind chimes in again and says,
"THAT IS NOT WHAT I TOLD YOU TO SAY, DUMB ASS!"
Somehow I managed to play it off, and no hard feeling were evident when the sales person left.
A few minutes later the boss came out and said , "What did you say in there?!?!"
Thankfully we were all able to laugh about it...
Some of you may remember the Jingle / Jiggle episode awhile back.
Well THAT girl was in the other day as well.
What do I say, "What can I do you for today?"
I'm dangerous, I REALLY AM! :Q
