What video card are you running? Putting up your system specs, video card driver version, etc would make it a lot easier.

Here's a start. Right click on your desktop and go to Properties. Then choose the "settings" tab and click "advanced". Check around the various tabs here for different settings on Antialiasing, etc.

I'm running a FIC 9700PRO /w Cat 3.1 drivers and Windows XP Home.

One thing, should I install the ATI Control Panel listed right below the Cat 3.1 drivers on ATI's site?
