Yes but when the them hair starts to get a bit unruly I prefer to shave them, not with a razor per se, because that would probably hurt them, but with a cheap beard trimmer, designed without them in mind, yet so perfectly suited for them
 
I dont suggest shaving when the hairs start to grow back they poke you also it iches pretty bad after.

After the first couple times you don't notice it.
