Question I set up remote desktop on someone's pc, is enabled but I can't log in???

I set it up on their pc, added myself but when I just tried to use it says that pc isn't on network, but it is, any advice?

Trying to use RDP over the internet is fraught with peril.

Try TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
