I want some big girl named Helga to get down there and make my toes crack and treat my calf muscles like Playdough. I installed a wood floor last weekend and things haven't right since. My wife is too much of a weakling to cut it. You would think I was bull riding all weekend from the way I'm walking.

On the plus side we have a new wood floor in our dining room 🙂

Looks good.

Put your knee on a chair, have your SO stand on another and step on your calf. Rotate your foot clockwise and counter with as much pressure as you can stand. Repeat. Hurts soooo good.
 
Go to a place that your wife will recommend for a pedicure.
They will also work the feet and calf muscles.

No discount for not using polish.
 
I use a 20 pound barbell.

Stand on the rounded part you normally hold it by, and roll it with your feet... after a 10 mile hike over rough ground, a good half hour of doing that and my feet feel great.

:hmm: I might try that. At worst it could result in hilarious accidents.
