I've ordered a steak medium-rare from Logans and it came to me frozen. They cooked a new one and it was one of the best i've had...

Man, you guys must eat at some crappy restaurants. I can't remember the last time I sent a steak back. I always order them medium rare though and if it's a little undercooked I'm fine with that. Generally, the only cut of beef I will order is filet mignon.

I got a steak once that was completely dried out around the edge, and the center was frozen. (But it was cooked all the way through, so I think they precooked it)

Yep, they rush cooked it in the microwave straight from the freezer...

I HATE Outback steakhouse. I got prime rib once. I wanted it medium. I got it cold and bloody...that is not medium.


And the rest of the meal sucked and our waiter was drunk

I worked for a restaurant in the mid '80s, and if anything was ever sent back to the kitchen, it ALWAYS went back with a little something "extra".
