I sent a "resume follow up" letter

Oh the desperation. I have more than the minimum required experience. They wanted someone with an Associates degree, I have a BA. Not terribly overqualified but I think my more recent job experience points out that I was getting away from the industry this application was for. Desperate times, desperate measures.

Cliffs:

1. Resume sent October 13th, no response.
2. Job listing still on company website and entry renewed on job search site within the last week.
3. Sent follow up letter asking WTF in a polite concise manner.
4. Waiting for further rejection.

I figured I don't have much to lose. I realize they receive so many apps/resumes that they can't reply to them all but it sucks when you're left wondering why you got skipped over or ignored.

It's nearly the same position I had before at another institution. Blarg...
