I bought some shoes from Foot Locker and they were no good. I sent them to California (from Canada) for replacement. They've sent the shoes by FedEx and they weren't able to deliver them today, but I'm wondering if I'm expected to pay duties and taxes on them?
I've already paid the taxes on them when I bought them from Foot Locker. Why would I have to pay it again?
