I sense some drama brewing here at work.

My supervisor interviewed 3 potential candidates a few weeks ago. First one was female and the remaining 2 were males. We kind of figured he was going to hire one of the guys which he confirmed yesterday that he did.

Now the female interviewee is back today talking with HR and afterwards with Operations. Doesn't look good. I'm pretty sure it isn't because the guy we hired fell through and she got picked up.

I don't get it, where's the drama? That the guy was hired and now it looks like the female is? Is your supervisor the one that's actually doing the hiring? Usually HR does that.

The way it works here is that we get interviewed by the people that will be our supervisors/bosses/overlords - whatever, and then they tell HR to call this guy and say you start Monday.

Affirmative action at is finest?
Is she hot?

I haven't gotten a good look at her face yet. I can't see too well through the blinds of the office either. Operations lady looks concern though.

Ah, i see. Thanks for the explanation, i've never been with a company with that type of hiring process before.

for those not getting the drama:

-3 people were interviewed - 2 males, 1 female
-one of the males get hired
-the female is now talking to HR and Operations
--she might be complaining about discriminatory hiring practices.

Yes, the best way for someone unqualified for a job to earn the resepect of their coworkers, by complaining and threatening legal action to get said job.

At that point, they will try to sue for enough money so they never have to work again.
