... cat as a pet!

I took my car in for my 90K maintenance and during the wait I decided to walk around the nearby stores. I entered a pet store and looked at the birds, gerbils, mouse, guinni pigs, lizards and frogs.

Then I came across a metal cage with some kittens in them. They look so cute. Some of them were sleeping in little hammocks. Then one of them notices me looking at them and comes up to the cage, presses his little face against the cage and reaches his paw towards me and meows. I responded by touching his paw. It felt like he greeted me. Then another kitten in another cage came up and meow too. It's weird. It just seemed like they came up to say hi.
 
Actually, they were saying....

It sucks in this cold cage... where we cannot run and play... PLEASE PLEASE take me home and love me.

There was a book of cat pictures at the bookstore that I flipped through the other night. There was a kitty with 2 different colored eyes! I was like :Q. I want one. 😛
 
Don't get one at the pet store. Either call your Humane Society, or look in the paper. There's usually kittens to be found. Ones that wern't bred for the purpose of sale. The cat population is already too high, don't encourage those who mke it worse.
