I saw Rush the other night

First time seeing Rush. It was a really good show. They sure can rock out for being old as hell.

Anyone else see them yet/or will be seeing them?

Awesome. Its a great show.

I loved the South Park intro thing to Tom Sawyer. I still need to see if that is from an episode of South Park or if it was made just for use at Rush's shows.
 
I'm Canadian and Rush is a staple of Canadian music (because we have so few famous artists), but every time I hear the lead's voice I want to shove a pencil into my ear 🙁

(I wish it wasn't so because they have some good music)

Going to the show in the Twin Cities (I think thats the one I have tickets for). I think sept. 8th or thereabouts. I really like Red Barchetta... anyone have a sample lineup they play?

Yeah. I try and make it to a 'lawn seating' show every year. This year i'm going to two shows at Post Gazette. Rush this past Monday, and Styx/REO Speedwagon/Def Lep on 7/7.

That is the setlist I found online for a previous show before I went, and it was the same here...so I don't think they'll change it much.
 
I want to see them this summer but I just committed to see AIC and Velvet Revolver so I don't know if I'll have enough extra cash 🙁
 
I totally forgot they were coming! I think they are in seattle july 20th... I wonder if I can still land some tickets. Thanks for the reminder!
 
Rush is an awesome band and I hate to say it but Geddy Lee has really lost alot of his vocal range,not that he was any mircle earlier but I saw them back in 1980 in florida and just recemtly viewed a rush concert on a HD channel and man he sounded like crap...:Q

We can carpool if you want. We're trying to get a hotel near the I-5/I-205 junction in WA so it would be a longer drive for you to meet up, but a short drive once you're there.
