I saw an elderly woman today driving an....

was she hot?

driving around town one time with my buddy and we came up behind a new corvette with the top down and in the drivers seat was blonde hair waiving gracefully in the air.
Being a little excited we pulled up beside and it turned out to be the fattest, ugliest, bohemothlike women I had ever seen driving a sportscar. Seriously we couldnt figure out how the hell she could get into the thing. lol. All my buddy had to say is "Im so dissapoint..."

Ha, no. She was elderly....like 80ish

If by "taste" you mean "disposable income more than the average citizen," then yes, she has "taste" .... maybe.

I would not have been shocked if it were just an A8, but this was and S8. Just not something I have ever seen.

I saw 80+ year old woman in palm beach gardens driving a brand new viper acr. Literally crushed my soul. Going about 30 in a 45.

There is a 75+ year old couple in our condo building.... their summer cars are a SLR McLaren and a Ferarri F430.... come winter they have two (matching) Benz S550 4matics

I watched them pull out of the garage the other day, get out of their cars, quick old person weird kiss, switch cars, then drive away. I just stared the whole time.

There is some old guy with an Aston Martin in my building. And S Class Mercedes are pretty much the normal thing around here; they are more common than Camrys. I see at least 2 Bentlys every time I go to the mall. But, I live in a fairly high end part of the Chicago suburbs.

Honestly the S8 is not a surprise. A lot of time performance models come with some additional enhancements. For example my father who is 59 just bought a 2014 RR. In his old 2008 he went without the supercharger because their was no additional features. However in the 2014 he ended up with a 500+ HP supercharged beast because he wanted the different rims and other features that came with it. I'm sure there plenty out there that do the same with the BMW M, Audi S, and MB AMG etc..

Funny thing is my Dad drove my 2013 S4 about a month before his car came in and he loved the power. Now that he has it in his RR he loves it as well.

I see this the most with AMG it seems.

I saw a Lotus Elise being driven by a grandma.. she was actually parking it to go to starbucks! Instantly made me wonder if she was a GILF...she was not

There are a few people who I've seen with M6s, and I'm sure it is because they want a more expensive BMW coupe.

I lived on the Monterey Peninsula in California for over ten years (home to Pebble Beach and Carmel). There were all kinds of rich old people driving really, really nice cars. This included the old guy (well, 70ish) who owned the company I worked for. He had a bright yellow Lamborghini Gallardo. It was so low to the ground the codger could barely get in and out of it.

Why is everyone hating on old people? Wouldn't you want to drive whatever the fuck you want when you're old?

I've seen a older woman (looked like late 40's) in my area driving a graphite Evo IX MR. I scratch my head every time I see it.

I've seen a few old women (70+) driving a CTS-V. I suspect they wanted a V8 Cadillac and that was the only option available.

No I'd love to have the money at a time in my life when I actually have the constitution and reaction times to enjoy it like it should be enjoyed. On a track hammer down.

I've never seen old women driving sports cars, in the summer I see old couples in sporty cabriolets sometimes, but the husband is always driving.

Anyway if they have more money than they can use for their normal activities (priorities), I don't see why they shouldn't drive a luxury car (unless they care about the environment), even if they drive under the limit with it.
You know, I can but I don't.
